May 19 will definitely go down as the day of the most successful fundraiser in the history of the Central Aroostook Humane Society.

We’ve been chosen — the Central Aroostook Humane Society has the honor of being selected for Jordan’s Way Fundraiser scheduled for Wednesday, May 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  

Puppies, like human children, are vulnerable. Their development and growth depends on how they are treated early on and human behaviors can influence their responses into adulthood. 

We want to take this opportunity to say how wonderful it was, after a year, to finally to be out in the public. Our booth at the Spring Trash & Treasure Sale proved to be the one of our best ever weekends at The Forum. 

Dogs bark to communicate with each other and with their owners, but sometimes all that barking can get out of hand. Constant barking can fray a family’s nerves and create turmoil in a neighborhood.

Some good news to share is the fact that we will be set up at the spring Trash & Treasure Show at The Forum on May 1 and 2. It has been well over a year since we have been able to do any fundraisers for the Central Aroostook Humane Society.
