A closer look at a ‘hoarse’ pest

Perhaps spurred by jealous motives, someone suggested to this writer that horse flies were similar to mosquitoes and visibly much larger. Thus, they too might prove to be delectable.

Rocketing ahead in the Star City

Last month, I had the opportunity to tour VALT Enterprize’s facilities in Presque Isle. During our tour, technicians and engineers could be seen operating advanced manufacturing equipment in preparation for upcoming rocket tests.
