Reece is Houlton Youth Council president – The Youth Council, an advisory group assisting the Recreation Department, held its annual meeting for election of officers at the Recreation Center Thursday night and elected Paul Reece, a sophomore at high school, to lead the group for the 1947-1948 season.
She looked through the tangle of necklaces carefully, not quite sure if she wanted to wear the colorful plastic pearls or sterling silver chains that clung dutifully to tarnished baubles of all shapes and sizes.
