Northern Maine Moose top Lawrence in lacrosse

Northern Maine Moose Boys Lacrosse claimed their first win against Lawrence High School in a 10-to-7 victory Saturday, March 13. It was a historic first win as a varsity team, according to Coach Adam Simoes.

GHCA plans 26th annual Bike-a-Thon on Saturday

HOULTON, Maine — Greater Houlton Christian Academy will hold its 26th annual Bike-a-thon on Saturday, May 20. “Each year the bike-a-thon raises approximately $20,000. This past year exceeded our expectations, raising $31,000. We hope to do that again this year,” said Sarah Porter, Bike-a-thon co-chairperson.
