The City of Presque Isle is partnering with local Elks Lodge 1954, Presque Isle International Airport, the Presque Isle Air Museum and Presque Isle Historical Society to hold a huge event in celebration of Independence Day.
After COVID-19 canceled last year’s annual Fourth of July and Midnight Madness celebrations, organizers of both events are determined to put on a good showing this weekend.
