Maintaining, creating jobs is my top priority

Unemploy-ment insurance is critical to those who lost their jobs through no fault of their own and are diligently searching for work but are unable to find it. That is why I recently voted to proceed to debate a bill that would extend federal emergency unemployment compensation benefits.

Tough conditions on the ice

Frequent heavy rainstorms intermixed with intermittent days of warm weather have combined to reek havoc for winter sportsmen. Snowmobilers, downhill and cross country skiers, rabbit hunters and especially ice fishermen are experiencing a difficult time traveling trails.

Solid knowledge of ancestors helps children succeed
