Farm field day welcomes public
PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The University of Maine Cooperative Extension will host a farm field day at 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 22, 2016 at the Aroostook Research Farm in Presque Isle.

Both the Town of Limestone and Lowe’s Heroes Program donated a respective $10,000 and $2,500 for the playground, along with free labor. Additionally, the Limestone Fire Department set up a bounce castle for the August 6 opening ceremony.
