     – The Canadian Pacific are offering special low rates as inducements to visit the state Fairs, namely to the Eastern Maine State Fair at Bangor.  Ticket agents at Caribou will issue on August 24 to 28 at a rate of $6.75 and on August 28 to 30 at a rate of $5.00.  All tickets good to return until September 11.
