UMPI playwright presents ‘Infinitely Yours’

     PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — Start Columbus Day weekend off with a compelling drama about two people meeting for the first time since a high school romance gone very sour when the University of Maine at Presque Isle’s University Players theater club present an original play, “Infinitely Yours,” written by anUMPI student. This play will feature performances by four professional New York City actors and will show in the Auditorium at Wieden Hall on Friday, Oct. 9, and Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015 at 7 p.m.

Introduction to Art

     The center is offering an Introduction to Art class Tuesdays from 9:30-11 a.m. and 6-7:30 p.m. through late December. All ages and skill levels are welcome. This class will cover basic drawing skills, with the potential of covering watercolors, acrylics and other mediums, depending on the desires of those in attendance. Pre-registration is required. The fee is $5.
