Police charge two in fake bill scheme

     WOODLAND, Maine — Caribou Police Department started receiving complaints about counterfeit bills from multiple businesses last Wednesday. According to a police report, counterfeit $20, $50, and $100 dollar bills were being used in businesses from Caribou to Bangor.
