     BANGOR, Maine — Suicides are preventable, and there are steps Maine residents can take to recognize the risk factors and reduce them, psychiatrist Susan Wehry said Friday morning as keynote speaker at the 2016 “Beyond The Basics In Suicide Prevention” conference at the Cross Insurance Center.
