Chamber changes breakfast date

CARIBOU — The date of the Central Aroostook Chamber of Commerce’s breakfast gathering has been changed will now meet Tuesday, June 14, rather than the previous date of June 15.   The event begins at 7 a.m. at the Caribou Inn and Convention Center. Breakfast is $10 for chamber members and $20 for non-members.

Barbosa/Devall announce engagement

     Mr. and Mrs. David and Mary Kate Barbosa of Caribou, ME are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Elizabeth Anne Barbosa to Cameron James Phillip Devall, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kirk and Denise Devall of Benwick, Cambridgeshire, England.  Ms. Barbosa, a graduate of the University of Maine at Presque Isle, is a freelance copy editor and writer for online publications.  Mr. Devall graduated from Heythrop College and is an elementary school teacher.

Program registration begins tonight

     Registration for summer and fall programs will be held tonight from 6-8 p.m. for residents only and on Thursday from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. for both residents and non-residents. This takes place at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center.
