Whatever your particular issue, we all know that in the coming year we are going to do something better, or stop doing something that may be harmful, like the peanut-butter-and-jelly-stuffed French toast for breakfast, or maybe just take more time with friends and family.

CARIBOU, Maine — The forecast for tonight’s storm has not significantly changed from this morning, and the National Weather Service in Caribou urges Aroostook County residents to stay off the roads until the heavy snow passes tomorrow.
Earlier today, National Weather Service forecaster Richard Norton said that a deviation in the storm’s projected path could result in freezing rain.

HOULTON, Maine — The new Houlton McDonald’s at 110 North Street will hold its grand opening on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2016 at 1 p.m. The modern restaurant, owned and operated by Heidi and Daryl Abbotoni, will be open from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily, serving a full McDonald’s menu from its state-of the-art kitchen.
