Ark Animal Sanctuary Week of July 23, 2025

Recently we took in an injured male cat. He was not neutered and his fur was matted and dirty. His front leg had an open wound that was badly infected. He was in desperate need of medical care.

Camp violates human rights

To the editor:
A new immigration detention camp just opened in Florida.
The conditions at the camp are, reportedly, “horrible.” Prisoners are denied water and food for long stretches; the food they are given has pests in it.
