To the editor:
It is my honor to invite you to view the Memorial Day Parade at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 26 in Caribou. This parade is done in recognition of all veterans, those who have served, still serve, or have gone to their Eternal rest.
Let the veterans’ memories be honored, but also enjoy the day with friends, family and your community. I believe this is what all Vets would like to see happen so their sacrifices will have meaning and bring some happiness to many. We must not forget the mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, entire families that also gave so much so we can enjoy the many privileges of this great nation.
Come enjoy the parade.
