CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Caribou during the month of April.
Roxanne L. Bisson, 47, Limestone: assault, dismissed; violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first) and five days in jail (second); disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and five days in jail.
Ashlee L. Brown, 26, Caribou: theft of services, filed at no cost.
Dustin R. Cameron, 24, Caribou: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 48 hours in jail.
Ronnie F. Clark, 48, Portland: criminal trespass, $100 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Brian J. Cyr, 33, Fort Fairfield: violating protective order, and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine (each); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine and $100 restitution.
Dennis M. Daly, 37, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $250 court costs.
Mark DiFelice, 48, Peabody, Mass.: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
Kurt Tyler Doody, 18, Stockholm: operating vehicle without a license, $250 fine.
Chantelle Dumas, 23, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine and $8.91 restitution.
Kim P. Eleiott, 41, Caribou: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
Matthew Paul Gagne, 19, Caribou: minor possessing liquor, dismissed.
Karina M. Gray, 21, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 72 hours in jail (each); and assault, dismissed.
Robert K. Greenier, 57, Caribou: violating protective order, and violating condition of release, seven days in jail (each).
Brian Hale, 33, Caribou: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Bryce Johnston, 38, Perham: unlawful cutting of trees, dismissed.
Carl Johnston, 36, Perham: unlawful cutting of trees, dismissed.
George Lacasse, 34, Caribou: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Kevin Nibby-Goodridge, 32, New Sweden: theft by unauthorized use of property, $150 fine and one day in jail.
Harold Ouellette, 60, Caribou: attaching false plates, $100 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Jesse A. Page, 18, Caribou: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
James Rasmussen, 21, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Blaine R. Smith, 49, Kensington, N.H.: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
Anthony St. Thomas, 25, Caribou: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, $200 fine.
Albert Thibeault, 28, Greenbush; hunting with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange, $400 fine.
Joseph A. Thompson, 57, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), dismissed (first) and $700 fine (second).
Kristy Walker, 26, Limestone: criminal mischief, $350 fine and $1,068.87 restitution; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
