    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of October.
    Troy C. Babin, 31, Fort Kent: operating snowmobile under influence over 21, dismissed.
    Kara M. Bouchard, 26, Madawaska: theft by deception, priors and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 12 months in prison (each).
    Scott Boucher, 43, Fort Kent: operating under the influence, dismissed.

    Tasha Boyce, 35, Mars Hill: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Brian D. Connell, 37, Limestone: unlawful sexual contact, two years in prison all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
    Ashley L. Dahlgren, 22, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, $500 suspended and $280 restitution.
    Joseph M. Delvalle, 28, Madawaska: domestic violence criminal threatening, six months in jail.
    David Easler, 47, Washburn: burning prohibited material, dismissed.
    Jared R. Ellis, 20, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 90 days in jail (first, second), nine months one day in prison (third); forgery, 90 days in jail; burglary (three counts), 30 months in prison all but four months suspended, two years’ probation and $3,500.67 restitution (first), 90 days in jail (second), three years in prison all but nine months one day suspended, two years’ probation and $400 restitution; stealing drugs (two counts), $400 fine and 90 days in jail (each); and violating condition of release, 120 days in jail.
    Nicole Ferree, 41, Eagle Lake: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison all suspended, two years’ probation and $71 restitution.
    Nicholas A. Flewelling, 23, Easton: forgery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release (two counts), 76 days in jail (each) and $1,240 restitution (second); and probation violation, 76 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Jamie S. Gagne, 20, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
    Dustin K. Giles, 28, Caribou: failing to stop snowmobile, 30 days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600 fine and 60 days in jail.
    Stacey E. Griffin, Jr., 55, Van Buren: theft of services, $400 fine and $6.50 restitution.
    Kerry Joseph Hebert, 40, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, two years in prison all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
    Robert D. Jackson, 47, Castle Hill: failing to stop, remain, provide information, dismissed; and driving to endanger, $600 fine, seven days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Gary Jandreau, 71, St. Francis: assault, four years in prison all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and $500 restitution.
    Angela Jordan, 33, Bridgewater: violating condition of release, $200 fine.
    Gary Kimball, 65, Limestone: violating protective order, filed on $250 costs.
    Chris W. Langille, 31, Presque Isle: OUI, priors, $1,100 fine, two years in prison all but 60 days suspended, one year probation and six years’ license and registration suspension; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one year license suspension.
    George A. Lawson, 44, Lincoln: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Vicky Leclerc, 22, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 15 days in jail (each).
    Amy Virginia MacDonald, 31, Mars Hill: OUI, prior, $700 fine, 10 days in jail and three years’ license suspension.
    Andrew Marquis, 35, Fort Kent: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five years in prison all but nine months one day suspended, three years’ probation and $15,450.66 restitution; forgery (two counts), nine months one day in prison (first), 30 days in jail (second); burglary, nine months one day in prison; criminal attempt and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each).
    Theresa M. Marquis, 35, Eagle Lake: operating vehicle without license, condition/restriction, dismissed.
    Kim McBreairty, 49, Allagash: false public alarm or report, dismissed; and misuse of E-9-1-1 system, $200 fine.
    Brian M. Monson, 40, Augusta: probation violation, 44 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Kyle A. Murray, 20, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Sylvia Plucker, 52, Presque Isle: arson, dismissed; and aggravated criminal mischief, not criminally responsible.
    Rodney Rioux, 64, New Canada: failing to make oral or written accident report, $1,000 fine.
    Neil Robinson, 62, Masardis: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Raymond Saucier, 66, Eagle Lake: exceeding daily bag limit of smelts in Mud Brook, filed without costs.
    Anthony S. Slesienski, 37, Presque Isle: criminal trespass and criminal mischief, dismissed (each); domestic violence assault, priors, 10 months in prison; and domestic violence criminal threatening, priors, 10 months in prison.
    Edward Spence II, 28, Perham: theft by deception, four years in prison all but 10 months suspended, three years’ probation and $20,646 restitution.
    Brett Thibodeau, 24, Portland: probation violation, two years in prison and probation revoked.
    Jared D. Thompson, 24, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 30 days in jail and probation revoked; and endangering the welfare of a child, 30 days in jail.
    Michele R. Tingley, 31, Presque Isle: probation violation, 10 months in prison and probation revoked.
    Andrew J. Torres, 18, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and burglary, dismissed (each); criminal mischief, $100 fine and $500 restitution; and theft by receiving stolen property, $200 fine and $100 restitution.
    George T. White, 26, Caribou: burglary, five years in prison all but 30 months suspended, two years’ probation and $2,888.75 restitution.
