On Friday, Sept. 13, the Aroostook County grand jury completed its fifth session of 2013 and handed down 47 indictments against 46 individuals without any “no bills.”

David P. Wallingford, 43, Monticello: aggravated criminal mischief.
Robert E. Brewer, 21, Linneus: theft with priors (two counts).
William J. Hirst, III, 41, Presque Isle: theft with priors.
Benjamin M. Carton, 29, New Limerick: burglary and theft.
Amanda K. Sherman, 35, Island Falls: theft with priors.
Zachary R. Furbush, 32, Oakfield: theft.
Yolanda M. Smith, 24, Mars Hill: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Edward J. Desrosiers, 46, Linneus: violating sex offender registration.
Tamera Shea, 42, Biddeford: theft by deception and unsworn falsification (two counts).
Paul Lovett, 32, Felton, Del.: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture.
