Jordan Peterson, the 5-and-a-half-year-old granddaughter of Bob and Lil Peterson — formerly of Stockholm and now residing in El Paso, Texas — was one of many children to enjoy Lil’ Farmers at the Fair during the Northern Maine Fair Association’s 159th celebration of all things agriculturally-related. Here, she selects a pepper to add to her basket. Children gathered items from the various displays, then “selling” them at “market.” They could then use what they’d earned to purchase from a selection of treats. Jordan said her favorite part was “milking the cow.”
