CARIBOU — Spud Speedway held races Saturday as part of “Speed Weekend” in the County.
The top finishers in all the divisions are as follows:
Outlaw Sportsman: first, Connor Thibeau of Fort Fairfield; second, Dillon MacDougal of Fort Fairfield; and third, Glenn Rasmussen of New Denmark, New Brunswick.
Wicked Good Vintage Racers: first, Caleb Willette; second, Scott Tucker; and third, Wally Henderson.
Fast Fours: first, Keith Thibeau Jr. of Fort Fairfield; second, Nate Haney of Limestone; and third, Matt Lloyd, of New Denmark, New Brunswick.
Challengers: first, Matt Reynolds of Presque Isle; second, John Craig of Ashland; and third, Doug Donovan of Presque Isle.
Street Stocks: first, Ben Corey of Monticello; and second, Matt Pellitier of Grand Falls, New Brunswick.
Northern Lights: first, Shawn Dewley of Presque Isle; second, Wayne Fox Jr. of Caribou; and third, Lloyd.
Senior Champ Kart: first, Tyler Raymond of Caribou.
Kids Kart: first, Gage Theriault of Limestone.
The next event at the race track will be held Saturday, July 20 beginning at 6 p.m. The Canadian Atlantic Open Wheel Tour makes a stop, along with a full card of racing.
