U.S. Senator Susan Collins has announced that Jon Ouellette will serve as an intern in her Washington, D.C. office this summer. “I am excited to welcome Jon, a fellow Caribou native, to my Washington, D.C. office. He has proven himself to be an exemplary student, and I am glad that he will have the opportunity to become involved in the legislative process,” she said. A journalism major and psychology minor at the University of Maine in Orono, Ouellette has considerable experience in sports journalism, and he hopes to use his talents to pursue a career in sports media.
