CARIBOU – Myles M. Campbell, 29, died unexpectedly May 2, 2013, at Caribou, the result of an automobile accident. He was born in Caribou March 9, 1984, the son of Gregory and Mona (Milliard) Campbell.
He was a 2002 graduate of Caribou High School and was employed by several area contractors. Myles was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He loved the outdoors, canoeing and especially fishing with his Pepere. He was also a very talented musician and trumpet player.
Surviving in addition to his mother, Mona of Caribou, and his father, Greg of Connor, are one brother, David Campbell of Southwest Harbor; grandmothers, Aldea Campbell of Stockholm and Beatrice Milliard of Clair N.B. Canada; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Myles was predeceased by his grandfathers, Lewis Campbell and Gerard Milliard and a special great-grandfather Philias “Pepere Cookie” Caron.
Friends called at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, 6-8 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday until time of services. A mass of Christian burial was celebrated 11 a.m. from the Parish of the Precious Blood, Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment was in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. www.mocklerfuneral
