CARIBOU — Can’t wait for next month’s City Wide Yard Sale?
Over 15 families are hosting a huge garage sale and a bake sale on Wednesday, April 27 at the Caribou Learning Center, and the group needs all the support they can get to help Limestone’s three champion Destination ImagiNation teams make their way to Global Competition next month in Tennessee.
Limestone’s elementary, middle, and high school level teams each won State competition April 6, and now need to generate $21,000 by May 30 to help send the students to compete for the ultimate title of global champion.
This is the first of multiple fundraisers that will be held to help the teams reach their destination.
Anyone looking for a bargain, a baked goodie or are just looking to support the teams are encouraged to swing by the sale at the learning center.
