Caribou Police Officer Mark Gahagan demonstrates how a piece of infrared night-vision equipment works to attendees of the first installment of the Caribou Public Library’s Teen Career Exploration program. Gahagan explained how he chose his career and his duties as a police officer to the students. Lisa Wilcox, a reporter with the Aroostook Republican also spoke about her career. The next Teen Career Exploration session will be held March 6 from 3 to 4 p.m. Students of all ages are welcome to attend. To obtain more information or to register, call the library at 493-4214.
