A couple of surprise presentations were made during a Jan. 31 banquet sponsored by the Presque Isle Rotary Club at the local snowmobile clubhouse. Joanne and John Cyr of Caribou were honored — Joanne as a Paul Harris Fellow and John for maintaining perfect attendance as a member of the PI organization since 1977. Making the presentations was Past District Governor Michael MacPherson, left, of Presque Isle.
