Students from Mrs. Rachel Bourgeois’ third-grade class at Teague Park School had a special guest on Jan. 11 — long-time educator Mrs. Judy St. Peter. St. Peter taught at Teague Park for 38 years before retiring last year in order to spend more time with her granddaughter, Maryn, and brought the third-graders a fun story and a special snack-time activity. The students had so much fun, one youth even said “I can’t tell she’s a teacher!” Those who know St. Peter will agree that she’ll always be a teacher at heart.
