Bell, Marjorie O., 85, of Caribou, on December 29, 2012.  Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of the Mockler Funeral Home, Caribou.


AR Marjorie BellCaribou — Marjorie O. Bell, 85, wife of the late William Bell, went home to be with her Lord and Savior December 29, 2012, at Caribou following a long illness. She was born in Mars Hill June 18, 1927, the daughter of the late Allen and Mae (Hatfield) Bell. Mrs. Bell was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved the outdoors and will be fondly remembered for her passion for fishing.

She is survived by her daughters, Tonya Ossenfort and her husband, Bill of Caribou; Debra Bell of Eden, Maryland and Kim Bell of Easton; one brother, Rev. Clifford “Mike“ Bell of Charleston; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bell was predeceased by her husband in 1989, and a son, Daniel in 2010.

Friends called at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.  Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2013, from the chapel of the Mockler Funeral Home with Mrs. Bell’s nephew, Rev. Jeff Bell, officiating. Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.
