Colter B. Cross, 25, Caribou: theft by receiving stolen property, 48 hours in jail; OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts), $250 fine (each); criminal trespass, seven days in jail; violating condition of release (two counts), seven days in jail (first) 24 hours in jail (second); and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., dismissed.
