A certificate of appreciation was presented to Alice Chandler, of Chandler Farms, by Rudy St. Peter, local representative for the Toys for Tots program. Chandler and her husband, Don, worked with the organization, providing a new snowmobile for a raffle to raise funds to buy toys for Aroostook County Children in need this Christmas.
