Boutot promoted

AUGUSTA — Brig. Gen. James D. Campbell, the Adjutant General for the Maine National Guard, announced that Samuel Boutot of Fort Kent was promoted to private first class with the 185th Engineer Support Company. Boutot was promoted in October.
