Recently Lane Construction made a dump truck available to Caribou’s Technology Center for a very low price and transported it from Bangor to Caribou at no charge. Lane’s generous act will allow students in the large equipment operation and commercial driving programs to gain experience driving and shifting a 10-wheeler truck with a 13-speed transmission.
