Children’s Librarian Jean Shaw of the Caribou Public Library reads “A Teddy Bear Picnic” to the children and parents who had gathered for Toddler Time held every Saturday at the library from 10-10:30 a.m. Toddler Time is held in six-week increments and pre-registration is required.
