Baseball trip
The 11th annual Fantasy Baseball Trip, offered through the Alfond Youth Center in Waterville, will be held July 24-28, 2013. The trip is organized by Vaughn Clark and the cost is $825 with a $150 deposit and a monthly payment plan available.
The game schedule for the 2013 trip includes: July 24, Atlanta Braves at New York Mets; July 25, Pittsburgh Pirates at Washington Nationals; July 26 and 27, Boston Red Sox at Baltimore Orioles; and July 28, Tampa Bay Rays at New York Yankees.

Race results
The Spike It Up! 5K Race was held Oct. 14 with Tom Grylka and Rosalea Kimball winning individual titles.
Grylka came finished in a time of 17:28 and Kimball came in at 19:50.
Age division winners were Evan Desmond, Anya O’Meara, David Cyr, Alexandra Allen, Marie Beckum, Oscar Sovto, Andres Fleury, Susan Plissey and Leo Kashian.
