AR Jason MichaudCaribou – Jason Paul Michaud, 26, died unexpectedly September 2, 2012, at Eagle Lake as the result of an accident. He was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, August 14, 1986, the son of Paul and Lena (Godin) Michaud. Jason was a graduate of Caribou High School and was employed by several area construction companies. More recently, he was employed by the FW Webb Company. During the winter months, Jason was employed by the Caribou Parks and Rec. Department as a snow groomer operator, a job he truly enjoyed. Jason loved the outdoors and spending time with his family, and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone.

Surviving in addition to his mother, Lena and his father, Paul, both of Caribou are his “stepdad” David Robertson of Caribou; his grandmother, Alvina Pelletier of Caribou; aunts and uncles, Linda White, Laurie Michaud, Douglas Michaud, Lisa Beaulieu, Elaine Godin, Archie Godin, and Jacky Frary; his girlfriend, Ashley Thomas of Caribou; several cousins and a special canine companion, Skyler.

Friends called at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou 4-7 p.m. Thursday, where evening prayer services were held at 7 p.m. with Fr. Jean-Paul Labrie, officiating. A graveside service was held 1 p.m. Friday, September 7, 2012, at the Old Holy Rosary Cemetery, Caribou. www.mocklerfuneralhome.com
