CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of May.

Kenneth L. Adams, Sr., 54, Washburn: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Melissa A. Ayotte, 31, Van Buren: acquiring drugs by deception, dismissed.

Scott A. Bernaiche, 25, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Bruce L. Bolstridge, 72, Houston, Texas: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, dismissed; hunting or possessing animal or bird – closed season, $450 fine.

Rachel A. Bouchard, 54, Van Buren: operating under the influence, dismissed.

Keith A. Brissette, 20, Presque Isle: gross sexual assault, dismissed; and sexual abuse of a minor, 10 months in jail, all but 135 days suspended and one-year probation.

William Carter, II, 53, Bangor: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.

Edward Chambers, 42, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $400 fine and 24 hours in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine; domestic violence assault, priors and domestic violence criminal threatening, priors, dismissed (each).

Todd Chasse, 30, Easton: violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three months in jail (each); forgery, 12 months in prison and $1,720 restitution; probation violation, 21 months in prison and probation revoked.

James O. Clark, 37, Wade: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.

Zachery B. Corriveau, 19, Caribou: probation violation, 21 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued and $15,620.24 restitution.

Marc A. Daigle, 59, St. John Plt.: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 180 days’ license suspension.

Anthony R. Disiena, 31, Mechanicsville, N.Y.: failing to operate snowmobile at prudent speed, $250 fine.

Jordan A. Field, 29, Mars Hill: criminal mischief, $250 fine.

Matthew Gagnon, 27, New Sweden: aggravated criminal mischief and burglary, dismissed (each).

Bennett H. Gahagan, 25, Presque Isle: probation violation, 90 days in jail and probation revoked.

James Michael Gough, 35, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison, all but nine months one day suspended and three years’ probation.

Robert N. Guthrie, 25, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.

David C. Harmon, 33, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.

Nancy Harvey, 67, Fort Kent: burglary, dismissed.

Justin W. Johndro, 20, Fort Fairfield: theft by receiving stolen property and violating condition of release, 50 hours’ community service (each).

Norman C. Johndro, 35, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Kevin Knox, 45, Easton: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 60 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended and two years’ probation.

Jason M. Lagasse, 23, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, 10 days in jail and $1,081.20 restitution.

Richard A. Larsen, III, 25, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison, all but five months suspended, two years’ probation and $11,044.58 restitution; and burglary, five months in jail.

Arlene A. Lebel, 50, Van Buren: acquiring drugs by deception, dismissed.

Meaghan A. MacDonald, 25, Bangor: burglary, dismissed.

John Paul Mathieu, 40, Surry: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; criminal mischief, unconditional discharge.

Michael G. McDougal, 27, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.

Andrew Mills, 26, Presque Isle: unlawful sexual contact, eight years in prison, all but two years suspended and six years’ probation.

Leslie R. Nichols, 33, Fort Kent: OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension.

Lawrence A. Noyes, 45, Fort Fairfield: violating protective order, 95 days in jail; tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim and domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed (each).

Chris Larry O’Clair, 46, Masardis: terrorizing, 30 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.

Vicky A. Ouellette, 38, Fort Kent: forgery, dismissed.

Jerry A. Paul, II, 23, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 10 days in jail.

Seth Christopher Perkins, 21, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine and 72 hours in jail; obstructing report of crime, 72 hours in jail.

Craig L. Perry, 24, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.

Stanley Philbrook, 55, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, unconditional discharge; OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail; failing to stop, remain, provide information, $400 fine and 30-day license suspension.

Jennifer A. Pitcairn, 31, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.

Danny Lee Rayner, 58, Presque Isle: domestic violence stalking, dismissed; violating protective order, $500 fine.

Ben A. Roy, 34, Van Buren: OUI, prior, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail and three years’ license suspension.

Gilman F. Roy, Jr., 30, Van Buren: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; criminal trespass, 30 days in jail, all suspended; criminal mischief, 30 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence; violating condition of release, $250 fine and 30 days in jail, all suspended.

Kristopher Ruest, 31, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, five months in jail, all but five days suspended and one-year probation.

Steven Selander, 21, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, $500 fine and 60 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), six months in jail, all but 60 days suspended, one-year probation, $6,668.28 restitution and 200 hours’ community service (first) and $500 fine (second).

Jeffrey L. Shaw, 41, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 90 days in jail and probation revoked.

Joseph A. Sirois, 52, Van Buren: littering (two counts), $200 fine (first) and dismissed (second).

Robert Socobasin, 45, Princeton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $2,274.98 restitution.

Soucie, 28, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 100 days in jail (each); burglary (two counts), three years in prison, all but 100 days suspended and two years’ probation (first) and 100 days in jail (second); unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $500 fine, three years in prison, all but 100 days suspended and two years’ probation.

Justice Spell, 26, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one-year administrative release sentence and $300 restitution.

Philip E. Sprague, Jr., 48, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and nine months one day in prison.

Lisa A. Thompson, 53, Mapleton: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.

Molly A. Turner, 23, Mapleton: theft by receiving stolen property (two counts), $750 fine (first) and dismissed (second).

Lee S. Winship, 31, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.

Jason I. Wright, 27, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $400 fine.

Richard F. Young, Jr., 56, Mars Hill: driving to endanger, $575 fine, 48 hours in jail and 30-day license suspension; motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, $300 fine; threatening display of weapon, dismissed; and OUI, $700 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
