90th birthday celebrated
PRESQUE ISLE — The family of Margaret F. Hersey gathered together on July 1 to celebrate her 90th Birthday. A private family party was held at the Presque Isle Rehab and Nursing Home to honor Margaret on her special day.
Creationist seminar Sept. 16-19
CARIBOU — A creation seminar on “Creation Our Foundation” with Biblical Scientific Creationist Dr. Grady S. McMurtry, of Creation Worldview Ministries, will be held at the Caribou Assembly of God from Sept. 16-19 at 7 p.m. nightly. Topics to be discussed will include “Noah’s Ark to the Cross,” “Foundations,” What is Really in the Ground,” “The Road to Man” “900 Years Old?” and “Mt. St. Helens.”
