CARIBOU — The Cary Medical Center Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Team will be providing a non-sport specific fitness program for kids ages 12–19 in Caribou, Limestone, Easton and Fort Fairfield.
“Prime 7,” focusing on strength, speed, cardiovascular, flexibility, endurance, power and stamina conditioning, will be held beginning on Monday, July 9, from 8–9:30 a.m., with five sessions over a two-week period. The cost is $20 per student and all participants receive a free T-shirt.
