CARIBOU and PRESQUE ISLE – Madison May Ouellette, 4 years old, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 20, as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Madison was born in Presque Isle on November 23, 2007, the daughter of Jeff and Sarah (Berube) Ouellette.
Madison is survived by her parents, Jeff and Sarah; grandparents, Frederick and Treska Berube, Carol and Fern Ouellette; great-grandparents, Dana Marie Theriault, Florentine and George Berube; Uncle Mike and wife, Renee Ouellette and Uncle Dwayne Berube, and many other aunts and uncles.
Madison was predeceased by her great uncle, Mark Ouellette, and grandfather, Sylvio Theriault.
Friends and family called from 7-9 p.m. on Saturday, June 23 and Sunday from 1-2 p.m. at Lancaster Morgan Funeral Home, 11 Clover Street, Caribou, where a funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, the Dr. Rev. Ken Phelps officiating. Interment followed at Evergreen Cemetery in Caribou. The K of C Hall in Caribou was open at 12:00 noon and there was a gathering after services.
