Keene, Sharon E., 69, of Limestone, in Limestone, on May 3, 2012. Private family graveside services will be held at the Brooklawn Cemetery, Portland at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of the Mockler Funeral Home, Caribou.


AR Sharon KeeneAmerican Flag ColorLimestone – Sharon E. Keene, 69, died unexpectedly May 3, 2012, at her Limestone residence. She was born in Portland September 8, 1942, the daughter of the late William and Alice (Burby) Ingraham. Mrs. Keene was a resident of Portland for many years and more recently had lived in Limestone. She was a Red Hat Society member, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Caribou Choral Society. Sharon was a member of the Limestone United Methodist Church where she was actively involved with the church choir, the Bible study group as well as the United Methodist Women.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Jamie Keene of South Portland and her daughter, Susan and Bill Tucker of Limestone; two brothers, Albert and Bill Ingraham; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Friends visited with the family Sunday, May 6, 2012, from 12 noon until 2 p.m. at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou. Private family graveside services will be held at the Brooklawn Cemetery Portland at a later date. www.mocklerfuneralhome.com
