Andrew Adams, 20, Limestone: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and failing to make oral or written accident report, 48 hours in jail.
Blake C. Bailey, 21, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., filed on $400 costs.
Brian Bussieres, 39, Fort Fairfield: making material misstatement of fact, filed on $500 costs.
Cheri Candill, 35, Caribou: failing to register vehicle, $50 fine.
Vicky K. Carlson, 41, Perham: violating condition of release, unconditional discharge.
Christopher E. Cassidy, 39, Caribou: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 120 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended and two years’ probation; and domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed.
Ryan J. Cavagnaro, 30, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Colter B. Cross, 24, Caribou: violating condition of release, 20 days in jail.
April Cyr, 30, Caribou: disorderly conduct, fighting, $200 fine.
Brian J. Cyr, 31, Caribou: criminal mischief, $100 fine; and assault, $300 fine.
Derrick Davis, 53, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine and $6.26 restitution.
Derek B. DeMerchant, 25, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Ryan L. Doody, 35, Woodland: operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts), $500 fine and $130 restitution (first), $250 fine (second); attaching false plates, violating condition of release and failing to register vehicle, $100 fine (each).
Martina Elliott, 18, Caribou: possession of tobacco products by a minor, $100 fine.
Russell Farley Jr., 51, Washburn: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Tyler Farley, 21, Washburn: failing to display ATV registration numbers, $200 fine.
