Norman F. Akerson, Jr., 53, Caribou: operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but seven days suspended, one-year probation and three years’ license and registration suspension.
Travis J. Akerson, 30, Caribou: assault, 30 days in jail; indecent conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, violating condition of release, 20 days in jail (each); and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 10 days in jail.
Darin P. Albert, 46, Caribou: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Vincent T. Anderson, 24, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $150 costs.
Stanley G. Barnum, III, 38, Woodland: criminal trespass, $100 fine.
Joanna Bell, 52, Limestone: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Scottie Lee Berard, 19, Caribou: altering or forging motor vehicle title, $250 fine.
Summer Bevins, 30, Presque Isle: OUI, dismissed; and driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
David Blanchette, 57, Frenchville: rule violation, $250 fine.
Christine A. Burby, 19, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $472.80 restitution.
Dana P. Cassidy, 60, Caribou: burning prohibited material and burning without permit, $200 fine (each).
Matthew R. Cocheran, 20, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $472.80 restitution.
Pamela J. Cochran, 36, Stockholm: theft of services, $50 fine and $42 restitution.
Michael N. Collin, 47, Dayton: violating rule moose zone, $250 fine.
