TAMC holds Royal Hearts Ball

    TAMC HOLDS ROYAL HEARTS BALL – Shawn Cunningham, representing the Presque Isle chapter of Business and Professional Women and WAGM, was the mistress of ceremonies at The Aroostook Medical Center’s Royal Hearts Ball, which was recently held at the Northeastland Hotel. The event was held to raise awareness of the dangers of heart disease in women. Over 100 participants came to take part in the celebration and dance the night away.

    JUSTINA DAVIS, not pictured, won TAMC’s 3rd grade coloring contest for Wear Red Day. Justina nominated Amanda Nappi to win a dress of her choice from Pancsofar’s Bridal Shop, creative hair styling from The Total Look Salon, free tickets to the Royal Hearts Ball for her and a guest, and a limousine ride from Dr. Jay Reynolds. Amanda and her date, Joseph Davis, are pictured above.

    TAMC offered an online heart health assessment to highlight areas where people might be at risk for heart disease. Aroostook County adults who completed the assessment were eligible to win a ruby and diamond ring donated by Wilder’s Jewelry. Marcia Sturgeon, the winner of the contest, is pictured with Cathy Beaulieu, owner of Wilder’s Jewelry.
