PRESQUE ISLE — The next meeting of the St. John Aroostook RC&D on Thursday, Dec. 15, will serve two purposes, with the meeting held first, followed by the annual luncheon.
“The St. John Aroostook RC&D will be holding a Council meeting, followed by a lunch and Yankee Swap on Thursday at the Grant Memorial United Methodist Church, 79 Fleetwood St., Presque Isle,” said Chair Paul Bernier.
Bernier said the Council meeting will begin at 10 a.m., with the meal to follow from 11:30 a.m. to noon.
“The cost for the lunch will be $5 per person. Immediately following the meal, we will have a Yankee Swap exchange of gifts for those who are interested. We ask that Yankee Swap items be no more than $10 in value,” said Bernier.
