    PRESQUE ISLE – The following cases were heard in the Presque Isle District Court during the month of December, 2008.
    Andrew Albert Jr., 20, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Laura A. Bingiel, 25, Van Buren: operating vehicle without license, 40 hours’ community service.     Jay W. Blosser, 26, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), five days in jail (each); criminal trespass (two counts), five days in jail (each).
    Brandin Bouchard, 21, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, $750 fine, five days in jail and 50 hours’ community service; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and five days in jail; violating condition of release, 20 days in jail.
    Katherine E. Bowring, 20, Mars Hill: assault, $300 fine.
    Robert E. Bowring Jr., 25, Ashland: theft by unauthorized use of property, five days in jail; obstructing report of crime, dismissed; violating condition of release, 25 days in jail.
    Hayle D. Boyce, 26, Bridgewater: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
    Peter T. Bradley, 26, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $250 costs.
    Kendra D. Brice, 18, Presque Isle: forgery, $200 fine and $27.02 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
    Angelina M. Brooks, 22, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Roger D. Burby Jr., 25, Ashland: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Adam A. Caissie, 19, Danforth: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
    David Cambridge, 50, Chapman: rule violation, $200 fine.
    Patrick J. Caparotta Jr., 20, Presque Isle: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
    Mark Chambers, 42, Fort Fairfield: criminal trespassing, $200 fine.
    David Chasse, 63, Masardis: rule violation, $100 fine.
    Philip H. Chasse, 31, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, $1,000 fine, 75 hours in jail and 75 hours’ community service.
    Karen A. Ciccolella, 19, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 40 hours’ community service.
    Casey D. Clayton, 21, Caribou: violating condition of release, $500 fine and seven days in jail.
    Tyler G. Clenchy, 21, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $100 costs.
    Keith W. Cocheran III, 33, Mars Hill: ATV noise and fire control violation, $100 fine.
    Timothy R. Cole, 47, Caribou: operating under the influence-1 prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and 3-year license suspension.
    William G. Cole, 26, Bridgewater: assault, $500 fine, 10 days in jail.
    Matthew R. Connolly, 19, Perham: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Steven Corbin, 26, Caribou: unlawful use of license, filed on $100 costs.
    Amy L. Cormier, 30, Presque Isle: passing stopped school bus, $250 fine.
    Kenneth J. Coty, 52, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
    Aaron B. Cray, 24, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
    Brittany A. Cray, 21, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Eric R. Crowe, 36, Skowhegan: discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, $200 fine.
    Curtis W. Dameron, 25, Bangor: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Eric M. Daniello, 30, Thomaston: rule violation-duty status not current, $250 fine.
    Nicole Doak, 29, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine and $19.12 restitution; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Stephen L. Donohue, 22, Northeast Harbor: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Joshua Doody, 18, Ashland: stealing drugs, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
    Adam T. Dow, 24, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
