Perham – Elwin R. Dickinson, 91, died March 23, 2009, at an Eagle Lake health care facility. He was born January 13, 1918, in Perham, the son of Albert W. and Loretta (Roy) Dickinson. 
Elwin was employed in the farming industry and farm related businesses all his life.
Surviving him are his two sons, Willard M. Dickinson of Portage and David E. Dickinson and his wife Frieda of Ashland; a daughter, Brenda Boyce and her husband David of Bucksport; three grandchildren, Scott Dickinson and his wife Jennifer Dickinson, Lt. Col. Rick Dickinson and his wife Maj. Carla Dickinson, and Ginger Lundgren and her husband Donald Lundgren; four great-grandchildren, David Dickinson, Shelby Dickinson, Orion Lundgren and Britni Lundgren. He was predeceased by his wife of 68 years, Charlene M. Dickinson; and two sisters, Autis Hobbs and Margaret Craig.
Funeral services were conducted 1 p.m. Thursday, March 26, at the Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle, with the Rev. David Goupille officiating. Relatives and friends called at the funeral home from 12 noon until the time of the service. A spring interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Perham.
