Martin’s Point Health Care opens office

“For the first time in the company’s history, Martin’s Point Health Care will offer in-person customer service to military families in Aroostook County,” stated Lori Theriault, Martin’s Point health benefits specialist, who will be available at the company’s new office located at 25 Sweden Street, Suite B, in Caribou, to counsel local military beneficiaries on their health care options.

Officials with Martin’s Point Health Care, celebrating the company’s newest office location at 25 Sweden Street, Suite B, in Caribou held a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on Oct. 13. Martin’s Point offers the U.S. Family Health Plan, a TRICARE Prime option, to active duty family members and to military retirees and their family members throughout Maine. The U.S. Family Health Plan uses networks of community hospitals and doctors, including Cary Medical Center in Caribou, The Aroostook Medical Center in Presque Isle and Northern Maine Medical Center in Fort Kent, along with their affiliated physicians, to provide comprehensive health care to those who serve or have served in the U.S. military.

Business hours at the Caribou office are Tuesday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  In the event these hours change, due to meeting/briefings, notices will be posted.
