The Viking Card is given to all Caribou High School students who obtain academic honor roll status, following the release of first-quarter grades in November. The cards do not expire until July each year.

By receiving a Viking Card, CHS students are able to receive discounts at local participating businesses. Historically, discounts have included everything from gas and food to clothing.

During the current harvest break, NHS members will be visiting local businesses in hopes of making this school year’s Viking Card very beneficial to Caribou High School students, who achieve the right to carry the card.

In the past an average of 15 to 20 businesses each year have supported this project, offering discounts to Caribou High School students.
