The votes are in and the winner of which movie will be viewed during Family Movie Night in Limestone on Friday, Sept. 23 is “Alvin and the Chipmunks, the Squeaquel,” rated PG. The movie received 31 votes to be determined the winner.
Limestone Recreation Department Director Amanda Brooker announced the results late Tuesday afternoon. The community was given five movies to vote on for movie night.
In second place was “Bed Time Stories” with 19 votes, followed by “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs” with 15 votes, “Daddy Day Care” with five votes and “Little Rascals” with four votes.
Movie Night begins promptly at 7:30 p.m. at the Limestone Community School Auditorium and is free for all Limestone residents.
Volunteers with Project Graduation will be in attendance, selling concessions to movie-goers.
