SUPERIOR COURT

    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook Superior Court during the month of November, 2006.
     Eric Alan Argraves, 33, of Castle Hill, violating condition of release, terrorizing. Both charges were dismissed by the court.
    Kenneth A. Beich, 49, of Fort Fairfield, criminal threatening. Not guilty.
    Jayson J. Bossie, 31, of Wallagrass, OUI. Fined $500, license suspended ninety days.
    Michael R. Brown, 30, of Presque Isle, assault, obstructing report of crime. One hundred twenty days in jail (stayed), restitution $448.25 for first charge, second charge found not guilty.
    Byron G. Buzzell, 32, of Kittery, OUI. Fined $750, license suspended for ninety days.
    Casey I. Campbell, 24, of Dixfield, forgery, theft by unauthorized use of property. Thirty days in jail (stayed), restitution $10,000, 100 hours of community service for first charge. Thirty days in jail (stayed) for second charge.
    Nolan A. Cunningham, 23, of Washburn, burglary, three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespass, violating condition of release. First and second charge dismissed, pled other charge. Forty-five days in jail for third, fourth, fifth and sixth charge, restitution of $1,503 for fourth charge.
    Christopher Currier, 29, of Bangor, elevated aggravated assault, murder. 16 years jail, all but 10 suspended, probation four years, restitution $20,000, each for both charges.
    Robert A. Dakin II, 34, of Stockholm, assault. Filed without costs.
    Lawrence R. Doody, 50, of Woodland, robbery, burglary, assault, aggravated criminal trespass. First three charges dismissed, pled other charge. Fourth charge six months in jail, all suspended, one year administrative release.
    Tyler W. Doody, 34, of Woodland, robbery, burglary, assault. First two charges dismissed, pled other charge. Fined $300, seven days in jail (stayed), restitution $400 for third charge.
    Kenneth J. Hammond, 37, of Easton, unlawful possession of oxycodone. Charge was dismissed for insufficient evidence.
    Joel Labbe, 20, of Baltic, Conn., OUI, driving to endanger. First charge was dimissed, pled other charge. Fined $575, license suspended thirty days.
    Allen J. Madore, 42, of Fort Fairfield, violating condition of release. Charge was dismissed.
    Tom R. Murray, 26, of Presque Isle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Ninety days in jail.
    Valier Ouellette, 61, of Frenchville, OUI. Fined $700, license suspended for ninety days.
    Gracien Rioux, 60, of Grand Falls, New Brunswick, OUI. Fined $500, license suspended for ninety days.
    Christopher D. Shumway, 21, of Caribou, murder, gross sexual assault, robbery. 45 years in jail for first charge. 25 years in jail for each second and third charge.
    Joseph F. Stackpole, 59, of Mars Hill, OUI 1-prior. Fined $700, 364 days in jail all but 68 suspended, one year probation, license suspended, 18 months registration suspended.
    Darin E. Stone, 43, of Presque Isle, OUI. Fined $600, 48 hours in jail (stayed), license suspended ninety days, restitution $11,987.82.
    Raymond Tarbell, 49, of Townsent, Vt., night hunting, unlawful use of possession of implements or aids, loaded firearm in motor vehicle. First charge dismissed, pled other charge. Fined $750 for second charge. Found not guilty on third charge.
