Officials Clinic
The Northern Maine Board of Approved Soccer Officials will conduct a clinic for prospective soccer officials in the ski building at the Caribou High School athletic complex.
Bob Stedt, NMBASO Rule Interpreter, will be the clinician.
The clinic will be held on Saturday, August 6 from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Any person 18 years off age or older who is interested in officiating the game of soccer this fall on the middle school and junior varsity level in Aroostook County is urged to attend.
There is a $35 dollar fee and pre-registration is recommended.

Portage Tournament
The biggest fundraiser of the year for the Portage Hills Country Club is almost here.
The Pratico/Siliski scramble is scheduled for July 30. Registration is from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Shotgun start will be at 10 a.m.
This is a four-person scramble with teams to be drawn at random. Everyone who participates gets a prize. This year there will also be a hole-in-one prize donated by Percy’s Auto Sales.
The cost is $40 dollars for non-members and $30 dollars for members.
